- Great wisdom, logic and insight. Thank God for moms who make decisions with these tools and for what is best for their children instead of their own emotions. Her son will always appreciate having met his father and she will have no regrets.

- Wake up! It's not about personality. If you want the government to run your life go with Obama. He makes socialism sound good. Go with the guy with a track record for doing what is best for the country already.

Most Democrats, not all just most, don't really understand or pay taxes. They are far more willing to have the government take care of them at the expense of those of us who work and pay taxes. Why is it that only 5% of the people pay 59% of the taxes collected in this country. Make them pay even more taxes to take care everyone who can't take personal responsibility and see what happens. The problem is they will just work harder to make up for those who don't or won't.

gradyB- If the planned "socialism" is so bad, what have you experienced so far? You are not opposed so socialism, you are opposed to anyone getting anything if they don't pass your litmus test. I won't assume to know what the criteria is used in your perfect world, but we are all in this thing together. The last eight years have been devastating on this country and if someone says they have supported the issues that lead to that devastation 90% of the time, I think even you can see the forest beyond those trees. Don't get so caught up in the rhetoric and ask yourself has your children's (grandchildren) future been made more or less secure in the last eight years? Unless you are independently wealthy (if you were you would not be blogging) you are going to hurt financially if you are not already doing so. Unless you have a money tree somewhere, you want the bleeding to stop. Vote the right MAN, not the right PARTY!
